An original background color key concept from the Don Bluth Productions animated film The Land Before Time (1988). Featuring Cera charging towards the foreground, this hand-painted concept was created at the studio and used during the development process. Don Bluth Productions uniquely used these concepts not only to develop the scene's color palette, style, and emotion, be he also used these panels as storyboards to visualize the full story development. Measuring 4.5"x15.5" overall with an image that measures 4.25"x15", the concept is in very fine condition with light edge wear from studio handling and use.
